The hydrogen economy requires the right conditions to produce by sustainable routes and provide it local international markets for suitable applications. This study evaluated political, economic, social, technological, legal, environmental (PESTLE) that can be instrumental in adopting technologies most effectively encapsulating aspects relevant key stakeholders from technology developers through end-users.
